Since forming as a Company in March 2012 we have completed 40 transactions totalling over £12m.
We have completely refurbished / built 26 properties. On three separate projects converted commercial property to residential.
Development R2 have completed (and sold) the conversion of the former Norfolk Golf club (phase 1) into three contemporary detached barn style properties. Also completed and sold Phase 2 & 3 the construction of 4 detached c.2500sf modern contemporary barn style properties.

Norfolk Holdings Ltd is our newest venue set up to hold long term Investments in Commercial property. The first acquisitions were The Lodge Pub North Tuddenham and adjoining sites. Planning consent has been obtained to construct a village shop, create a larger car pub park and gardens. and build 5 starter homes. Works on site has commenced.

Development R2 Limited was set up as a seperate development company to manage larger projects . The first project commenced in December 2014 with the first Phase having been completed and 100% Sold. Phase 2 100% Sold, Phase 3 100% Sold.
Norfolk Holdings Ltd has been set up to own and manage long term Investment holdings in Commercial investments and build to let investments. The company acquired The Lodge North Tuddenham. A well known Food pub. The company also acquired a development site next door and a site behind. A planning consent has been obtained to extend the pub and include a village shop and build a terrace of 5 starter homes. Work is due to start on site October 2017. Completion is anticipated summer 2018,

As a company we were set up in March 2012 by the founding Director Tina Walton. In April 2013 she was joined by Robert Walton. Since forming the company it has acquired eight retail units, residential properties for refurbishment, commercial property for change of use and a grade 2 listed warehouse ,building plot in Wymondham and a 10 acre residential development site.
The company prides itself on its core values of honesty, integrity, professionalism and the relationships it has with it's tenants, agents, professional advisors and contractors.
It's objective was to create three portfolio's comprising of an investment portfolio (residential and commercial), a refurbishment portfolio and a land bank / large projects portfolio to enable a stream of new projects for years ahead. All properties will be in Norfolk. This has been achieve by three companies being set up;

The Company wants to be first on an agents list of potential buyers, create and deliver quality refurbished properties to a higher than market average standard whilst selling at prices considered to be value for money.
The Company want purchasers to appreciate the high standard of workmanship and the quality of fittings to be above expectations for the properties they purchase from us.
On the investment portfolio we want to build a reputation of a landlord who our tenants will recommend because we maintain all our properties to a high standard, and have positive long term relationship with all our tenants that we treat fairly and respect. We want to be a landlord of choice that look after and retain our tenants.
Tina and Robert have developed over the years strong relationships with many estate agents, professional advisors and contractors. They have built a reputation of straight talking wih clear objectives and requirements. They have never backed out of a deal.
The company work with it's advisors and sub contractors as a team ( the team is over 25 sub contractors working across our projects) and listens to and respects their idea's, views, opinions and objectives.
